For clubs, schools and groups

Run your club. Not the group chat.

Paryta for groups is how clubs, Scout groups, sports teams, schools, PTAs and childminders talk to parents. Post once and every family gets it, by email or in the app. Sign-up sheets, consent forms and your group page sit in the same place, and parents do not need the app.

Why leaders switch

Less chasing. Every family in the loop.

Parents do not need the app

Each post arrives by email with a link. No download and no password. Families who use Paryta see it in their calendar too.

Post once. It reaches every family

One post goes to every family in the right team or section. You see who has read it and who has not replied.

Sign-up sheets, consent and a page

Fill a rota, get consent for trips and keep a public page with your dates.

Children stay private

Children never get an account or a photo, and nobody messages them. They appear by first name only, seen only by the leaders you choose.

Sports clubs and teams

Match day, sorted.

Each session has one card: home or away, meet time and kick-off, kit, what to bring and directions. Cancelled for the weather? Every family hears once.

Post once and every family gets it, run class groups with phone numbers kept private, and fill the cake stall rota from one link.

Fairs and rotas

Term dates

Families get every date in their own calendar.

Public pages never show a child's name, class or photo.

Childminders

Booked sessions, and who is collecting.

A childminder can have her own page on Paryta. The families she looks after add their booked sessions once, and those pickups are covered every week without asking anyone.

  • Booked, not askedRegular sessions cover their pickups every week, in term time when set.
  • One-off changes on her pageAn extra session, a cancelled one or a new time. She answers on her own page.
  • She sees who is collectingFamilies choose who may collect, and she sees it for each pickup.

Paryta does not check or vouch for any childminder. Families keep their own agreement, in their own words.

How it works

Three steps, then post

  1. Set up your group page

Add your group's name, teams or sections and leaders. Children's details stay off until you choose to collect them.

  2. Share one link

Post it once in your parents' WhatsApp group, or print the poster with a QR code. Families join with just their email.

  3. Post, collect and see who replied

Updates, sign-up sheets and consent go to every family. Remind only the people who have not answered.

Questions

The things people ask first

Anything else? Email hello@paryta.co.uk.

Do parents need the app?

No. Parents enter their email and their child's first name and team or section. They get your posts by email, or in the Paryta app if they prefer. There is no password to remember.

What happens to families' data?

It is used only to run your group. Paryta does not sell data and has no adverts from other companies. Children appear by first name only, seen only by the leaders you choose.

Do we have to stop using our membership system?

No. Paryta is for talking to families: posts, forms, consent and the rota. Keep your membership records where they are.

We use WhatsApp. How do we move?

Keep your WhatsApp group for chat if you like. Post your Paryta link there once, then send updates and forms from Paryta so nothing gets buried.

Does the coach or leader message children?

No. Messages go to parents only, and your welfare officer is shown on every session.
